Remember remember the 5th of November

I love fireworks. When they are on or around the 5th of November or are for a special event. I'm not keen on the firework noise that you hear on a random night in March for example.

At our local big Christmas lights switch on last night there was a fireworks display and I always associate fireworks this time of year as being my Christmas countdown. That and of course the Christmas Coca Cola advert :-)

Little man has been doing a project on Firework night and the history of it. He has had to learn;

Remember remember the fifth of November
Gunpowder, treason and plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder, treason
Should ever be forgot...
