Another podcast realisation, this time from Jillian Michael's show and the phrase "Does that make sense?". It's something I say a lot and I'd never really thought about how I use it until I heard about it on the podcast.

Insecurity
I've blogged before about my bubbly personality but this week I've realised how insecure I can get. This training course has tested me, not only for being away from home but I hate team building exercises. Well no that's wrong... I hate the thought of doing those exercises, once I'm there and doing it I am perfectly fine.

Happy now
My earlier post of the day was a bit of a vent post. That's one of the reasons I like to have this blog, it is my blog and I can write about what I want. When I write things here, they are out there for all to see and it works as a catalyst to make me feel better. I've taken action and I feel stronger.
Life can test you...
"Because it´s only when you´re tested that you truly discover who you are. And it´s only when you´re tested that you discover who you can be. The person that you want to be does exist, somewhere in the other side of hard work and faith, and belief and beyond the heartache and fear of what life has"

And the Award for Best Actor/Actress goes to...You!
Well Done You!
You have just been awarded best Actor/Actress. And best Director. And best original screenplay. In fact, it’s a clean sweep. You are the best of everything in this production you refer to as simply and humbly “my life”.
Yes, we each direct the most fascinating and complex production imaginable - our lives. We write the script and choose the cast. We set the stage and make the choices. We pick out the costumes and makeup and edit the script.
Well done. Bravo!

Self-esteem
After my last post I realised I raised a number of points that I would go into further detail and thought the first one I would go into was self-esteem.
We've all probably suffered from low self-esteem in the past and we all know how much better life can be when we live it believing in ourselves and our abilities - when we have a positive physical and mental self-image of ourselves, and when we have a sense of worth or inner confidence.

I took this self-esteem test here http://linkbee.com/CQYNK and before you think I'm posting this as a "I have great self-esteem", my results were 11 out of 40 which shows me to have moderately low self-esteem. Therefore those 11 are the things I need to work on to make my self-esteem better.
Let me know how you get on, and I'' be sure to let you all know how I get on too.
