Review: Very Lazy Posh Sausage Casserole

I was sent the Very Lazy Posh Sausage Casserole to try out. I was never going to turn down trying food was I? Nope. So onto the product, this is one of a new range of Cooking Concentrates. Basically it's a cooking sauce which comes with a wrap around card detailing your shopping list and simple instructions. There is a little twist as there is room for you to add your own touch to the dish, either with stock, wine, extra ingredients.

For this sausage casserole my shopping list was simple; sausages and an onion. How simple is that?

The instructions were in 3 simple parts and once the tiny bit of preparation was done the casserole was in the oven for an hour. I decided to serve it with mashed potato and green beans.

Photo before I added the green beans, I thought I'd make the end picture a mess if I waited!

It was absolute heaven. Rich in flavour and just scrummy. I've already put it on my shopping list to try again.

There are others in the range to try too. I might have to work my way through the list;

Very Lazy Beef Bourguinon
Very Lazy Caribbean Chicken
Very Lazy Chilli Con Carne
Very Lazy Coq Au Vin
Very Lazy Creamy Chicken
Very Lazy Green Thai Curry
Very Lazy Stroganoff

Absolutely heaven on a plate!
