For all the things you write on your to-do list there is a chance most of us miss giving time to the most important thing of all...
When was the last time you put aside some time for you? If you have to think about it then you know it's been too long.
It doesn't even have to be a long time. Can you fit an hour to yourself this week? Go on do it.
You'll feel so much better for it and you might be more happy to do those other tasks too once you have treated yourself.
Otherwise delegate your to-do list to someone else ;-)
