My own vineyard

Who doesn't want their own vineyard?

Thought you'd all agree. From reading my blog you'll know that I love gardening and any excuse to get outside. Having my very own vineyard sounded like a bit of an extreme idea especially as I don't have a lot of room so this mini vineyard is ideal.

Sarah Loves... Gardener's World

I was so tempted to photoshop him into a devil... ;-)

I'm already blushing about this one but I've started so I'll continue. You will know by now that I love gardening and yes Gardener's World is one of my weekly must see programmes. I have to admit I did get a bit wayward with watching it when Monty Don had left but now he's back it's fabulous!

Strabbies

I should explain that 'strabbies' are what I called strawberries as a child, as such I still call them that. Last year our strawberry plants were quite successful. Some of the plants only survived the fruiting time but I took a chance on a few for this year.

Gardening and Springpad

Image from HERE

I love snowdrops, and I have started to see the odd bunch springing through around where we live, no flowers yet though but I can see where they are going to be budding. I do enjoy seeing them in random places. Last week after seeing the soon to be snowdrops flowering I got to think about the blissbubbley gardening project of 2011. Yes I'm quite the green fingered gardener.

Newspaper Plant Pots

The garden is definitely coming along nicely, although not impressed that just as the weather seems to have got better the forecast says more rain and even snow could be on its way. This does not make a happy gardener!

Don't you just love Spring?

Daffodils make me smile. Spring is here!

Now since moving in with Spurs boy there has been one area of the place I have wanted to have a go at - the garden. Spurs boy is not a keen gardener and it's fair to say he has no interest in it whatsoever. Well maybe I can change that?
