You'll know from reading my blog that I have been on a 21 day trial to see if I can actually get to liking coffee. My previous post shown here starts my coffee diary and now this blog will show my trial at it's end.
I bought a vanilla syrup to try to get the 'Starbucks' taste at home, and it worked. I now have a hazelnut, mint chocolate and black cherry one.
Here is my Coffee trial diary continued...
Day Fifteen - 2 nespresso vanilla cappuccino strength 3, finished both.
Day Sixteen - 2 nespresso vanilla cappuccino strength 3, finished both. Spurs boy made me a nespresso latte of strength 9, with no sugar. I drunk half of it, it's still too much of a strong taste.
Day Seventeen - 2 nespresso vanilla cappuccino strength 3, finished both.
Day Eighteen - 3 nespresso mint chocolate cappuccino strength 3, finished all.
Day Nineteen - 2 nespresso hazelnut latte strength 3, finished both.
Day Twenty - 2 nespresso mint chocolate latte strength 3, finished both.
Day Twenty One (Thursday) - 3 nespresso vanilla cappuccino strength 3, finished all.
Day Twenty One (Thursday) - 3 nespresso vanilla cappuccino strength 3, finished all.
So after 21 days of routinely having coffee I have found I do like coffee, I still don't like the bitter strong taste that Spurs boy likes but I no longer think of coffee as "bleurgh". Still after the 21 days I'm still drinking it and I really do like it, who would have thought it?
The syrups help and I might try working my way onto nespresso strength 4 next but we'll see, finally Spurs boy is no longer embarrassed to order me a drink at Starbucks although I still will say hot chocolate with cream and marshmellows if that's what I want ;-)

Yay! Coffee lover. Can't beat a good cappuccino, and coffee ice-cream is just the best!
I'm a newbie and so far I can see what I have been missing!
