Sleep. I love sleep. I love my bed.

Everyone is different with how much sleep you need. For me I wake up each morning at 6am without fail. Normally I get up meditate and then get dressed and have breakfast. Recently it's not been the same.

Music Monday: Gomez - Little Pieces

I've been a big fan of Gomez from the early days and I've liked the way that there is no main vocalist and most songs rarely feature just one voice. Also the wide range of music is so varied from blues and folk to indie alternative to rock. Picking just one song was difficult but this is one of my faves.
