Just keep swimming!

You know when you're having a bad day and you suddenly just could literally burst into a ball of rage. What do you do to stop yourself? Count to ten? Go for a walk? Talk it out?

Well for me I sing this


I do. Every time. I sing it and even the out of key bit too (most of my singing unfortunately goes this way).

I share quite a lot really with Dory, I can be quite forgetful. 

So...umm who are you?

    I am also very Dory-like.

    I have a memory like her.

    I used to get called Dory as a nickname for a year or two after Nemo came out! LOL!
